These terms apply to your use of the Maxwill Racing Engines website and any enquiry you send through it. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is a parts catalogue and enquiry service, not an online shop. Adding parts to an enquiry and submitting it is a request for a quote. It is not an order and does not create a contract to buy or sell. A sale only happens once we confirm price and availability with you and both sides agree to go ahead.

Because parts pricing moves with brand, specification, and stock, we do not publish prices on the site. We confirm the current price, lead time, and shipping when you enquire. Any figure we quote is valid for a reasonable time and may change if supplier pricing or stock changes before you order.

We work to keep catalogue details, specifications, and images accurate, but they are a guide and can change without notice. Race parts often need to be matched to a specific combination. You are responsible for confirming a part suits your application before you order. If you are not sure, ask the workshop and we will help you get it right.

The design, text, and layout of this site, along with the Maxwill Racing Engines name and logo, belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Brand names, logos, and part numbers of the manufacturers we stock belong to their respective owners. We use them only to identify and describe the products we supply.

Please give accurate details when you enquire, and do not use the site in any way that is unlawful or that could damage it or interfere with other people using it.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, where a guarantee applies and the failure is not major, we may choose to repair or replace the goods, resupply the service, or cover the reasonable cost of doing so.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of South Australia.
